nectar from the flower. The hummingbird is so tiny, yet so powerful. They are amazing!
This is an original encaustic painting.
It was created with hot wax, damar resin, and pigments on a 12" x 12" x 1.5" board. Ready to hang.
Many layers are painted on the surface and each layer is heated with a torch or heat gun.
