Bryan Hollerbach from the Ladue News Magazine writes in his interview with B Extraordinaire Artist, Jane Reed, "One can scarcely go awry with an allusion to the Georgian-era English poetic giant George Gordon, Lord Byron, as Jane Reed’s Beauty in the Night (shown here) suggests. That 24- by 18-inch acrylic on canvas takes its title, more or less, from Byron’s 1814 classic “She Walks in Beauty” and itself dates from 2019. Reed, a Sunset Hills resident, describes it as “a conceptual piece. While painting this work, I wanted to express the ‘flowerness’ of flowers."

Fantastic News! B Extraordinaire Gallery is delighted to announce paintings by B Extraordinaire artists Candace Hyams and Kathy Corey were accepted in the All Things Wild II art exhibition, organized by Framations Art Gallery. Candace's acrylic paintings "Snow Goose" and "Snow Geese" will be showcased along with Kathy's  oil painting "Seeking Serenity." 

​The exhibition dates are July 16 through Sept 7, 2021. All Things Wild II is an all media juried exhibition of work focusing on the animal kingdom. 


Come see the "wild things" on display at the exhibit Tuesdays - Saturdays 10-6.  All visitors can vote for the People's Choice.  We hope to see you there!
